Vodka Kauffman

In 2003 Dr  Mark Kaoufman launched his second range of vodka -  Kauffman Special Selected Vintage 2003 (0.7 L). It matches the same high technological requirements as Luxury vodka. The difference is that 5000 cases of Kauffman Special Selected are produced annually.

Just as Kauffman  Luxury Special Selected Vintage is also made from the highest quality wheat   of one single harvest only in the years when the finest wheat grains are identified and bottled only once per vintage (5000 cases).

Special Selected Vintage contains feint infusion honey, natural extracts of schizandra, and finest high strength spirit and purest water.
Tasting notes: The taste is soft, inherent to a honey-based vodka, with barely perceptible hints of anise and licorice.

Notwithstanding the finer points that differ Kauffman Luxury from  Kauffman Special Selected there is one key to Kauffman Vodka that unites both lines in one Kauffman Vodka family - that is HIGH QUALITY and the attention to detail throughout the process which is proved by numerous awards and leading position amongst premium vodkas on the international and Russian markets.

The typical vodka taste with barely perceptible hint of trefoil and tones of mint and pepper. In the aroma hints of the meadow daisy can be felt. The recipe includes pantocrin – the medical substance that contains hormones, enzymes, vitamins, mineral salts and micro-elements. Pantocrin has tonic effect and makes the taste of the drink very pleasant.

Balanced vodka aroma with hints of lemon and grapefruit. The taste is soft, inherent to a special high-quality vodka with barely perceptible tones of cedar nuts and conifer balsam. The recipe also includes ascorbic acid which makes the taste distinct, and adds to it a touch of seville. It also endows the drink with medicinal properties.
